Mmm, schadenfreude, how delicious. Also know as delectatio morosa in Latin, 幸灾乐祸 ('joy in calamity') in Chinese, shamaatah in Arabic, and joie mauvaise in French. It seems a lot of us do.

leedvermaak (joy in suffering)
answer to your question: only when actually playing D&D with friends. Happened once or twice. You should restrain yourself!!

As with Badoek, only during D&D. However, I do always count assists and tacklezones (sometimes even figuring out chainpushes) when looking at a crowd. Fortunately, I usually manage to constrain these thoughts within my skull.

morale: always have a reroll ready when going for it
hint: if the poor guy hurts himself, call the ambulance and dont shout out for an "apo". as we all know, much more reliable

Ok so this conversation happens about once a week in my house:
Me: "Can't find the egg timer."
Wife: "It's right there in front of you."
Me: "Oh. Must have botched my perception check... again!"
NB: If you are wondering why I would so often be searching for the egg timer, you probably don't have kids.

My wife is dyspraxic and is constantly dropping/bumping into stuff. I'll have to start trying this instead of my current approach of just standing there laughing :)

"that was a fumbbl / crit" is a common saying among my friends

I find myself changing percentages to dice rolls all the time at work when talking with coworkers, "What is likelihood of X happening?" Me: "It's about a 3+, maybe a 2+ if we get lucky." Boss: blank stare. Me: completely oblivious of why he doesn't respond nor understand what I mean.

Nah, not the 1ers. But when something falls from the table and I manage to catch it I usually think that Wow, that was a sixer this time... And when it first bounces from my hands but finally I do catch - clearly a ReRoll in work. But I only say it aloud when BB friends are around.
