Client Options - Auto Marking
Lets you pre-assign letters to skills so they get marked on players in-game. Same as the shift-click marking you can do on players, but it happens automatically and works in spectator mode too
May require the option being toggled on/off in game
I think you can import my settings if you want, as a starting point at least
