Well, here it is round, 2, just as far as I made it last time I played. Sadly I would advance no further.

I was paired up against coach Chapass, a very capable coach from Spain and his band of humans, Real Madrid C F. Matched up against my Dwarfs, it was a good match on paper. We both hired Stars. Grim Ironjaw, the Dwarf Slayer for me and the Mighty Zug for him.

My dwarfs received the ball in the first half and were rumbling downfield to make a score. Some solid defense by Real Madrid C F ended up in stopping my drive and holding us to zero points at the end of the first half.

The second half was another battle, with the humans attempting to drive downfield. I held them up good for about 6 turns, giving everything I had to stop them in their tracks. By that time I was out of rerolls and tricks to snatch the ball away and Chapass managed to score one lowly TD, but it was more than enough to win.
