Lately there has been a clear increase of the greenskinned ones in Faction, especially in the first division. A lot of people seem to have the misconception that playing orcs allows them to win easily, get friends and perhaps get lucky outside BB (if you catch my drift). Most of all people start orc teams when their previous team get annihilated in an unlucky match. These ideas are not wrong as such, but more like misguided intentions. But if they would pay attention they would notice that most of the orc medals have been won by the people who have played 100+ or 300+ games with that team.
So, to discourage these miscreants and give some aid to the needy coaches who yearn to play a multitude of races instead of monotonous green, I, dr Stonetorl, have compiled this easy-to-use guide to getting rid of orcs.
1. Play all your games. Playing all gives you most points and try to win against orcs at all costs. If you have to lose a good player for every match to do so, hire a load of stars and foul like mad, it will still be worth it. If people only played elves and other teams that can score, they could possibly push out an orc just by staying above them in points. Especially teams that focus on killing instead of scoring would be the first to drop.
2. Kill their players. Concentrate on the positionals in the following order: black orcs --> blitzers --> throwers -->other stuff. Black orcs are the hardest to train, so losing just one will hurt their overall performance a lot. This also helps you to win the game against them, without BoBs they are just a slow human team with AV9.
3. Taunt them mercilessly. Let them know just how lame they are. They are going for the easiest route, how they are just a nameless face in a green mob, hold parties to celebrate their player ageings, cheer their opponents, anything that works for you ;)
Most of all, remember that BloodBowl is about fun, so try to have fun and chat while doing all this.
Just remember this short motto: Beat, Kill, Laugh :D
