It will. Pro allows you to reroll anything a team reroll can reroll - if you pass the 4+ roll.

Actually it lets you reroll even more than you can reroll with a team reroll, since its a personal reroll, so you can use Pro to reroll on your opponents turn (like catching the ball on a blitz, for example).

A player can use their team reroll for a blitz. The rules specifically say that under the description of the 'blitz' result. Furthermore, it describes the blitz event as a 'bonus' turn for the kicking team. So it's not the receiving team's turn during the event, it is the kicking team's.

I assume Winni is referring to catching a kicked ball after the Blitz turn has ended. This catch is not part of the Blitz turn anymore. You are still allowed to use a pro rerolls, but not the team reroll. Unfortunately, this is wrongly implemented in the client.
