I can make it shorter if the participants want to, the reason I was going for that is that there is many euro leagues for each country, so those coaches might be put off with a quick turnaround of games, i was hoping to attract many coaches no matter how many leagues they are in.

I could be persuaded to move it to 10 days

That rules out a lot of folks. Generally, just restricting it to coaches that can play during a specific time is much better than restricting it to people living within certain time zones. You exclude people that could play during evening server time...and some people that live within your limits may work in the evenings.
