After a self imposed absence to deal with some heavy shit in my personal life I'm back.
Basically my eldest daughter has been going through some major anxieties and not been coping with them. Or rather the coping mechanisms she used were extremely negative. It's really hard to be looking at someone you've known and loved for 13 years and be unable to take away their internal anguish. Hopefully the meds she is on are having the desired effect and she will be able to deal with life's stresses in a positive manner.

For some reason I felt really nervous about logging in, felt that I'd let people down in leagues etc.
But now I'm back and looking at my teams, coaches names etc etc is is just great. Like looking at a room full of familiar faces who you didn't know you missed until you saw them again.
I must confess that I have dabbled in online cyanide in my absence. It's pretty but man. It sucks.

So once again apologies to those who I've missed games against. Looking forwards to getting my teams back out on the pitch.
