Friday, at 5pm central (midnight bb time) we will find out who the next NCBB champion will be! The Fumbbl league that emulates American college football is down to its final two teams: the defending champion TCU Horned Rats vs league mainstay California Golden Lizards!

FRSHMN has several studly rats on his side, such as Joseph Broadnax Jr. (DT) #54, a Block/+ST/Claw/Guard/Tents Rat Ogre! Ex-convict counters with his lizards, led by star saurus Tevin Paul, who has +AG/Surehands/Block/Break Tackle/Tackle!

Both teams finished 7-2-0 in the regular season, winning their respective conferences. In the National Semifinals, TCU traded blows and fouls with U-Dub's elves, emerging with the 2-1 win. Meanwhile, Cal thwarted the upset attempt by Poli Puerko's dwarves on a -2d surf attempt on turn 15, which helped preserve the 1-0 victory!

These two teams have a small history against each other: last year, TCU ran the lizards off the field in a 3-1 beatdown on their way to the championship. However two seasons ago it was a different story, as the scales held strong and Cal controlled the game, winning in 2-1 fashion.

The Golden Lizards have been around since the dawn of time, or at least the league's rebirth, and they previously thwarted a team going for the first ever back-to-back championships, wayyy back in season 15 (which was the last time Cal won a title...wtf have they been doing since then). Will they be able to stop the TCU machine that has rolled through the league the past two seasons? Can 'the furry Hawaii' become just the third program ever to win consecutive championships? How many players will be left on the pitch at the end of game?
