Wow what a journey its been i remember joining Fumbbl back in January 2003. I had played a bit using Ski's client before with friends but had no real way of finding games with other people online. Then i found this site and whole new world opened up. The number of games that could be played were nearly unlimited.
The meeting of people from distant lands all united in our love of Bloodbowl ah the joy. The joys and fears of testing the client which had only a few of the skills working and many a Bug. It felt like our own something we had helped put together. (yup i know ski did all the real work but thats how it felt.) Ah the number of times i picked a skill that was not supported :)

The wonder of seeing Teams created the like of which were nearly impossible to create in Real life such as the Terrifying Anarchists of Naggaroth.

The discovery of exactly how good some players were. Wow i got a lot of kickings.

But its the community that makes me come back again and again. The jokes in game and irc . The endless forum chats macavity, Janmattys and others. Even the endless threads about fouling and cherrypicking just make me laugh these days.

What i truely love about Fumbbl is that it has lots af minicultures and ways of playing and it does not force any of these on to those who dont want it. How much ever some these have pressed for their way to forced on others it has resisted and may that last for ever.

Thank you all for the fun you given me over the years. I cant believe it will be 5 years soon.

But the biggest thank you must go to Ski Junkie and Christer who without their hard work and dedication none of this would be possible
