More games, more lessons
Another game with my dark elves, this time against Lizardmen. I've always thought the Lizards to be a fantastic team, as they can play both dodgy and punchy better than average.

Much like my last game, all the scoring came early while most of the last turns were a scrum over the ball. I pretty much stuck to my original game plan, which was to avoid the big guys and pick on the skinks. If the skinks can be kept away from the ball or at least channeled where you can deal with them, then the big guys can't handle the ball at all.

What I'm taking away from this is that even though I concentrated on the skinks all game, they still managed to dodge around far more than I'd like. One of my blitzers picked up tackle after this game to help with that in the future.

Also, my two strip ball blitzers really earned their pay this game. I kept one on each side of the field and darted in to hit the ball carrier whenever possible. Even though I wasn't doing much in the way of injuries, I was getting the ball away, making him go after it again on his next turn.
