Ok FUMBBL'ers it's time for a brand new NAF Online! tournament to start off the new year!
This one is quite a bit different so dig into those rules!


THE BASICS

• The Stumble Bowl is a tournament based on the NFL Super Bowl where,
"YOU PLAY...TO WIN...THE GAME!"
• The tournament will run from Monday January 13th - Sunday February 23rd for 6 weekly rounds.
• It will be a resurrection style & swiss pairing, singles tourney.
• Overtime, w/ Golden Goal, will be enabled for ALL games
w/ the 'Blitz' or 'Solid D' CHOICE enabled for the kicking team.
• +/- 3 points per td scored/ conceded to a max of +9 points.
• +/- 2 points per casualty inflicted/ suffered to a max of +10 points.
• Custom Hall of Fame star players available to ALL teams & are the ONLY star players available.
• NA, EU & OC regions will each have their own separate tournaments.

• You must be able to schedule matches on BOTH
weekdays & weekends for the region you choose to play in.
This is meant for ease of scheduling for each region.
Please choose courteously & wisely!


TEAM CREATION

• Tier 1= 1,100K + 7 skill points/ 0 secondary allowed/ 1 HOF star.
• Tier 2= 1,150k + 8 skill points/ 1 secondary allowed/ 1 HOF star.
• Tier 3= 1,175k + 9 skill points/ 2 secondary allowed/ 2 HOF stars.
• Tier 4= 1,200k + 10 skill points/ 3 secondary allowed/ 2 HOF stars.
• Primary skills cost 1 skill point, secondary skills cost 2 skill points.
• NO skill stacking.
• NO stat increases.
• ONLY HOF star players are allowed.
• Tier 1 teams MUST pay 1 skill point + hiring fees to take a HOF star player.
• Tiers 1-2 MUST roster 11 players before hiring a HOF star player.
• Tiers 3-4 need ONLY roster 10 players before hiring a HOF star player.
• The Highlander rule is NOT in effect!

Teams MUST add EXACTLY this notation [NA], [OC] or [EU] prefixing
its team name for ease of identification & sorting of the teams region group.
