This consists of the previous seasons Premiership teams and the round one winners from the Wooden Spoon, and is a straight KO Tournament. The Winner of the WIBBL KO Cup is crowned the best team in WIBBL.
The Wooden Spoon
This is a KO Tournament unique to WIBBL. All current Premiership teams are exempt, everyone else takes part in the Spoon on a loser goes through basis. First round winners join the Premiership teams in competing for the WIBBL KO Cup. The Team that loses the Final of the Wooden Spoon is given the honour of the worst team in WIBBL.
Overtime in WIBBL cups is "Golden Goal", in accordance with FFB rules.
