Firstly, Avarfaug Luinlindë ended his completely unremarkable career as an elf lineman. After life-saving surgery from the Emmets apothecary in the opening minutes, Averfaug launched himself back into the action only to be slain before he could receive any further medical assistance. Struck down by a Wight, he continued his career as one after joining the ranks of the undead.

Even more infamously, this was the match in which Alarius Burznarion died, on only his second appearance for the Emmets. The Dragon Warrior tripped whilst trying to dodge past an opponent and somehow succeeded in decapitating himself.”
