Thanks to a fake coin, the Kittens elected to receive and wasted no time niggling an Black Orc on the first block! No sooner than the apothcary had left the field, a massive boot party was held over Seeing Red..... and boy did we all see red as his legs were shattered beyond recognition.
Taking control of the left flank, the Kittens proceeded to steamroll over any Orc unfortunate enough to get singled out. By the end of the first half, 5 Orcs were out of the game. An attempt at a turn 8 TTM was solved when a norse fan drilled the Troll in the head with a rock, knocking him out for rest of the game.
The second half started with the Orcs attempting to cage up until "The Gift", as brilliant of a Black Orc as any has seen, pointed out that they were outnumbered! Leading his own personal assault against the Norse line resulted in his own personal boot party and a niggle. But his sacrifice enabled Something Blue to make a brilliant individual play to score a tying TD!
The kittens received with a huge numbers advantage (11-7) and 6 turns left to score. Despite some brilliant defense by the orcs, the great mobility and vicious streak of the Kittens enabled a TD as the time expired to send the whole stadium into a collective frenzy.
Was a great game. Random did his best but my start was simply HOT and he was doomed from that point on with a slower team against the Kittens. Had my first three turns been simply average.... i think i would be the loser in this match.
Peace RandomOracle.... i wish more people could take the dice like you did and still make the game as enjoyable. The mark of the type of coach i would like to play across the table with.
