“Yet another encounter with a legend: today our team has met with Mr T, longest living and hardest hitting player on the BB fields. And this time, our team captain was there to experience all of it. Well at least the part until he got killed. People had been suggesting his retirement after his niggling injury made him mis some games, even Zed-our opponents' coach- suggested it, but our manager just hadn't the heart to tell The Crippler (or The Crippled as he was known by now) that his time had come. Our board of directors would like to thank Zed for taking this delicate matter out of their hands by just finishing off poor old Jack.
The game itself started in a sweltering heath and our guys were able to score the usual 2-turn-touchdown. When the heath affected some of the players and the halflings had to start the next drive without any trees, several of us were dreaming of an easy victory. Lady Luck decided otherwise and turned her back on our team for the next few turns. How else can you explain halflings without their treemen on the field causing more casualties than with the big guys to help them ? In the end, we were glad to obtain a draw, but we were particulary happy about the cash, so this game our special award goes to the halfling fans. ”
