“Another typical game of mine where i suffered badly from the ofab of my hoppers during all first half.
They definitely decided to wreck all possible plans to stop opponent's progression, granting an easy td at turn 7.
Too late for my lil guys to try to score therefore, we opted for the gang foul which finally inflicted the first cas to the flingos.
At beginning of second half i was almost convinced that i would not stand a chance to score but i still kept playing and took advantage of the defensive positioning of my opponent to set my players at td range.
On the successive turn i finally succeeded to hand off the ball to the hopper who ran to the td line without failing his sprint.
We scored but we also gave to the opponent many turns to score again and take advantage of the ref. (Nuffle's irony again)

5 turns left to my opponent, 9 players left vs 14 including both saws wasn't looking promising.
Following turns prooved me that i had real few things left to do as my team was reduced to 4 players but i managed to throw a 1 db block which injured seriously the ballkeeper.
Then the ball scattered next to three players of mine which i thought was sufficient to assure me that my opponent will fail any picking up attempt.

Well, that was without considering Nuffle's irony as the flingos managed to reduce the covering players to two of them, then a flingo picked up the ball , succeeded the dodge despite the presence of a diving tackler and handed off the ball to another flingo who ran downfield ready to score at turn 16.

To stop them scoring i had nothing else to do than :
Succeed a 1 db on a dt to open a path for the upcoming action, dodge and gfi to blitz the ballcarrier with my hopper.
I wasn't really confident but unexpectably, it worked so well that we killed the ballcarrier and we picked up the ball securing the draw.

Although i had the feeling to be nuffled almost all match long , i must admit that the few occasions i was really lucky saved me the match.

To summarize :
No real chance for the win but a lot for the draw, and post match sequence.
