“This team was pretty charmed since day one. We had a mino (Ace) who rolled block and stand firm as his first two skills and caused lots of carnage on the pitch since. We had lots of success and very little return damage taken. In the first half of this game, we had the pitch secure and all of the dwarves on the ground. We decided not to stall and punched it in when we could have sat on the goal line until turn 8. NEVER do this! The Blood Bowl Gods smote and smited us with full fury for our warped sense of fairplay! Not only did we suffer many ko's with failed thick skull and recovery rolls, but our Ace got niggled as did a couple others. Still others are missing games with reduced mv and av. My opponent managed to tie and then got a blitz on the kickoff, giving him three turns to score rather tha n two AND the ball landed on him, requiring no pickup roll! LOL! Did I mention that he got the ref to start the second half? NEVER MUCK with the Blood Bowl Gods!
