That's better! Seems the boys have found their stride again, and this game should go a long way towards reaffirming the fans faith in the team.

We started the 1st half on the attack, and indeed made most of the chance. Young Thorfang Wildflail showed a Bull Centaur how to throw a proper block, though we don't know if he learned anything as he had to be carried off the pitch right away. Good going, Thorfang! The rest of the team seemed to take heart in this, and we pushed through for a comfortable t5 TD brought home by Nyrath Orchammer. The rest of the first half we were on the defense, and the lads held the corrupt ones off beautifully.

The second half started again on the defensive, but we were soon able to turn the tables on the dark kin, thanks to a powerful blitz by - who else - Thorfang, and an equally admirable catch of the scattered ball by Nali Rustbeard, who did indeed carry it to the very edge of the End Zone before the remaining Bull caught up with him. In the meantime, the corrupt Modalia kept bashing on the boys, who were mostly trying to keep them off the backs of Nali and his safeties. Thankfully, this time the boys got away without any serious injuries, just some heavy bruising.

So a solid win for the Stoppers, more in line with their record before the tragedy that was the 187 Boyzz, and about time, too. This is a good start to rebuilding their reputation and forging them into an ever tighter team.
