Dragon's Deck won the coin toss and chose to receive. They struck quickly passing the ball to Aravan and the Catcher took it all the way into the end zone on the second turn of the first half. It's been awhile since the Wishmaster has played a fast paced game and they were looking to do it in this one.
Kor's Cleaver received and they brought the ball up the field. Kensai caused a fumble with an assist from Elbereth. Meanwhile, the High Elves were falling before the might of the Chaos forces. Ranfal and Drisden were killed and the Wishmaster still didn't send the Apothecary out to heal them. The ball flew back and forth as both teams exchanged possessions several times. Finally time ran out in the first half with the Chaos team still trying to get their first point of the game.
KC received in the second half and they sought to finish off what they started. Seven High Elves were left against a full compliment of Chaos. A Beastman got a little bloodthirsty and the attacker was brought down by Eraldryn instead leaving the ball yet untouched. All three High Elf Catchers sprinted towards the backfield and put pressure on the Cleavers. Galvin the highly agile Elf picked up the ball in three tackle zones (4+) and dodged away. He handed it off to Aravan who caught it and was once again running into the end zone for his team's second touchdown.
KC received and they brought the ball up field. There was little Elves left on the field but the ones there were highly mobile. A Beastman attempted to throw a quick pass to attain a new skill but his target failed to catch the ball. The Elves attacked it quickly and had the ball flying all the way across the field to Aravan. Aravan was hit by a Chaos Warrior before he knew what happened the ball was fumbled. The Chaos Warrior picked up the ball and threw a pass to a Beastman. One hand off later and KC scored to keep them from being shutout as the game ended.
