“Very short match. The Presidental Allianace started with the ball and opened very offensively, placing two elves in the KO-box. Their ball-carrier ended up left somewhat exposed though (but that's hard to avoid when playing Wardancers, admittedly), and I could take control of the ball and pass backwards to a Andariel Mifune, who scored after two turns of sprinting.
During the next kickoff masterwizkid was unlucky and missed a thrower-catcher pass, which gave me the chance to pick up the ball with Isionia Tinúviel and make off toward the end zone, with some measure of protection to boot. masterwizkid had to leave here though, and nobly enough conceded instead of postponing the rest of the game.

Luck-wise I have to say I was fairly lucky, with most small 2+ rolls like dodging, picking up the ball, passing and going for it went my way without any real snags, even the less important ones. Having played a few games with Hiten Mitsurugi I keep expecting each of those rolls to fail and am hesitant to carry them out without rerolls, but when everything works, the Wood Elves are a blast to play, and difficult to stop indeed.
