Great game that deserved to 2-1 to Deathclutch. Just as a side note; Flu Breef Lee (the sneaky git!) skilled, rolled a double and is now a Dirty Player \o/ Nuffle was clearly in attendance and must have not been displeased :)

A Skaven Thrower picked up the ball and attempted to pass to an open Blitzer but Killface made a clutch move and snatched the ball away just as it left the Thrower's hand. The Chaos Warrior would rumble into the end zone with two turns left in the first.
CoU received late in the first half but they had some problems picking up the ball. Joran recovered the ball and almost put his team up by two but he fell trying to go for the end zone.
CoU received in the second half and the rain continued. The Skaven Thrower tried to hand the ball off to a Goblin but the ball slipped out of his hands causing a fumble. A Chaos Warrior picked up the ball and it looked like it was going to be an easy touchdown for DC but then the momentum shifted. Horned Goblin, Helfee Verminkin brought down the Chaos Warrior ballcarrier (-2d block) and caused a fumble. Accurate Skaven Thrower, Scupe Da'ball'up, scooped the ball up in the rain with no problems and launched a long bomb to a Lineman teammate who was wide open. Amazingly the ball was caught despite the heavy downpour and he ran the ball in to tie the match.
DC received once more and the Wishmaster was angry at his team. An Underworld team is literally keeping up with a tried and true Chaos team. Two turns were left for DC to redeem themselves but the muscled Skaven Blitzer made a nice dodge through two tackle zones and brought Urijah down as he crossed midfield. DC tried to salvage the game but Urijah's hand off to a Rookie Beastman was fumbled and the game ended dissappointingly for the Chaos. Not the best way to begin Minotauro's first game.
