“DeathClutch won the coin toss and chose to receive. Simpatizzanti kicked the ball deep into the end zone of the Chaos team and hit them with a Blitz! Urijah ran back to recover it and his teammates hastily tried to form a cage. A Wardancer leapt in to assist the other Wardancer but Urijah managed to stay on his feet.

The Wood Elves aggressively kept attacking the ballcarrier and eventually he was brought down. Luckily the ball bounced in between a couple Chaos Warriors and Simpatizzanti wasn't able to take it away. DC countered by attacking the Wardancers. The Guarding Wardancer was badly hurt by Spite when he stomped the fallen Wood Elve's leg. Little by little the Chaos forces began to gain the numbers advantage as Elf after Elf were hauled off the field. Midway through the first half, DC's ballcarrier was out of harm's way and he handed the ball off for a touchdown right before the break.

Simpatizzanti received in the second half and they were down to six players. Siculo the Wood Elf Quarterback dropped back to pass. Three Beastmen rushed in to put pressure on him. He slipped past one and threw a long pass that was caught. Simpatizzanti would score early in the second half to put themselves in the game.

DC would receive with plenty of time left on the clock. The Wishmaster almost made a crucial mistake by being a little to aggressive going after the remaining Wood Elves. Once again the ball was kicked deep and Urijah picked it up. He would get sacked by a Ferito and it looked like the Wood Elves would steal this game.

Urijah redeemed himself by taking the Catcher down and taking the ball back. He ran forward and threw a pass that was caught. Etrigan received the hand off and ran in the game winning touchdown to end the game.

DC finally brings home a rare win.
