“WoC II: Champion Of Khorne 1st Round.

Obliteration won the coin toss and chose to receive. This loss probably falls on Coach Knyte more than the team. The Wishmaster's game plan was flawed from the start. He had his forces try and power through the 10 Ogres facing them in the first half. Unfortunately, the Ogres proved to be resistant to the claws and only Venom's "Hoofstomp" inflicted any damage. Too many Ogres got chances to throw a block and they made each one count badly hurting a Chaos player.

With the loss of key Obliteration players, things started to unravel. Spite had to throw a pass that wobbled in the air but somehow was still caught by Dethacus. The Chaos Warrior just had one Ogre in front of him but that proved to be enough. He was taken down and the ball picked up by a Snotling. The Snotling was thrown over and the little man ran into the end zone to drop Obliteration by one point as the first half ended.

Turpajaiset received in the second half. Sure handed Snotling picked up the ball and tried to advance it up field. He was seriously injured by a Beastman but the other Snotling got a hold of the ball. The little one ran in between some Ogres but Dethacus was undeterred. In what would be the key play of the game, Dethacus dropped the Snotling ballcarrier but the ball fell right into the hands of an Ogre. Obliteration was unable to take the ball back and that ended their march through this tournament before it even began.
