“DeathClutch won the coin toss and chose to receive. Their openning blocks left much to be desired leaving a Pestigor standing by the end of their turn despite many opportunities. Chaos offensive line was stopped in its tracks as they ran into two very strong road blocks in Lt. Stackhouse and Jell-O. The 25th Legion's defense anchored by those two monsters pushed DC back into their side of the field. Urijah went for a desperation hand off to Spite but the Dirty Player dropped the ball while being covered by a Rotter. Wolverine recovered the ball and ran in a touchdown to end the first half.

The 25th Legion received in the second half and they were down to nine players. Several turns went by as both teams looked to gain supremacy in the trenches. Baron Stoke took the assignment to go around the front lines and put pressure on the ballcarrier. Stoke managed to sack the Pestigor ballcarrier and cause a fumble. Urijah sped in to pick up the ball and it looked like DC was going to tie this game up. A bad call by the Wishmaster sent a Rookie Beastman to try and free up Urijah. Gore charged into the Nurgle Warrior and dropped to the ground like he hit a brick wall (double blocks, rr, double skulls). This left Urijah wide open to be taken down and down he went. The moment of opportunity passed by the Chaos team and neither team was able to score in the second half as time ran out.
