“DeathClutch won the coin toss and chose to receive. They attacked the Team Killers in the beginning gaining the advantage in numbers. The Nurgle forces were not discouraged and pressed their advance trying to surround DC. Urijah, DC's ballcarrier, was taken down and the ball fumbled. Sure handed, Pestigor, Peon tried to pick up the ball in two tackle zones but his big hands turned out to be a disadvantage this time around. Peon would fumble the ball and Urijah would recover it to only lose it again as a Nurgle Warrior slammed into him and landed atop of him. Dethacus took matters into his own hands and grabbed the ball. The Chaos Warrior walked up the left side of the field by the sidelines. Peon would try to chase him but he was shoved out of bounds and beaten by the partisan Chaos crowd. Fortunately he was able to regenerate the fatal wounds the fans delivered upon him and return to the bench. Dethacus directed his blockers and they were able to clear the way for the Chaos Warrior as he crossed the end zone to put his team up by one at the break.
TK received in the second half and they began to pile upon the Chaos forces. In a blink of an eye, they came from being down by one player to being up by one thanks to their opening blocks of the half. Peon recovered the ball and ran behind his teammates. Minotauro got close and wrapped a couple Pestigors in his tentacles causing Peon to become exposed. Erioc failed to make the sack and paid for it as he was shoved out of bounds on the next turn.
Peon reversed the ball to the left side of the field but DC gave chase. Janos was able to get next to him ready to dive at the ballcarrier if he tried to dodge away. A Pestigor failed to dodge ending his team's turn early and this left Peon very vulnerable. Baron Stoke sacked Peon and the ball flew into Janos's hands. The Beastman ran up the field and handed the ball off to Joran to seal the touchdown and consequently the victory.
