“DeathClutch won the coin toss and chose to receive. They tried to power through the Beverly Blackwater but it turned out to be a stalemate at best. Urijah had to speed up the left side of the field while both teams were busy fighting it out. The Beastman would run in the touchdown to end the first half.

BB received in the second half and it was their turn to ground and pound. They already had a one player advantage at the start. Their advantage would swell when Janos was killed trying to hold the front lines. BB's Chaos Warriors with Claws gave DC problems. Killface was controlled by the other team and when he was able to throw a block, he came up empty. Minotauro also continued his lackluster performance for what seems like the sixth game in a row.

The overconfidence of BB almost cost them the game when their diving tackle expert went down in a heap trying to cheap shot Urijah. Urijah knocked the ballcarrier to the ground and picked up the ball. He went out of range trying to run the clock down. In hindsight he probably should have punted the ball. Nevertheless, BB's Chaos Warrior still had to make a few dodges and take a couple extra steps to get to him. Unfortunately for DC, he made the clutch play and brought Urijah down while catching the ball as it flew from the Beastman's hands.

Urijah had a chance to redeem himself, but he was only able to shove the Warrior back. This would not be enough to stop the touchdown as BB chain pushed him out of the way. One hand off later and the game was tied.
