“Bambi and the Declaw Squad won the coin toss and chose to kick. They were confident in their defense and it looked like their Blodging expertise would win the day for them. DeathClutch had other ideas and they were relentless in their blocks on the women. The Amazonians were either hot or cold when it came to dodging. They would either make it all or fail the first attempt. On one of their failures, Kullz picked up the ball and he was immediately caged up by his team. BatDS signaled for the Wizard and a huge fireball hit at the center knocking down four out of six Chaos members including the ball carrier. Killface withstood the fury and even managed to snatch the ball from the air.
BatDS kept up the attack and knocked the ball loose twice more. However, it took everything they had just to cause a fumble and they had no way of getting the ball out of the red zone. Amazon Blitzer picked up the ball but she was taken down by Raze before she could flee the vicinity. Gore scooped up the fumble and began to breakdance at the end zone in celebration. Coach Nuwanda was irritated at the showboating and said, "Seriously? Showing off? That drive was nothing to show off about though." He was right, the drive was a mess but a touchdown is a touchdown. DC go into the second half with the lead.
BatDS received in the second half and their Thrower was back to pass. They sent receivers up the left side of the field. The Chaos forces didn't expect the Amazonians to score so quickly and before they knew it the ball was flying into the end zone. Penelope connected with Neil for a touchdown pass that tied the game up early in the second half.
DC received with plenty of time left but the ball was kicked right into their end zone. Gore ran all the way back to pick it up. BatDS ran players around the Chaos front lines to put pressure on the backfield. Showing some good hands, Janos successfully took the hand off from Gore. The Beastman sped up the middle of the field right through a hole that was opened up by his teammates. Coach Nuwanda was flabbergasted and stated, "Your (team's) ballhandling this game has been nothing short of amazing." The Wishmaster laughed and wished the opposing Coach could have seen a past game when Urijah fumbled a pick up six turns in a row.
Janos and an Amazon Thrower collided as he made the break for the end zone. Both players fell in a heap. Joran seized his opportunity to shine and grabbed the ball. He would run in the game winner just as time ran out on the clock.
