Kullz saw the ball land close by and he dodged away from the Nurgle Warrior guarding him. He grabbed the ball and threw a short pass in the blizzard that connected with Etrigan. The Chaos Warrior would run it all the way in for an unlikely touchdown to end the first half.
DC received in the second half and they were outnumbered by at least three players. SF thought they were just going to rush in and take the ball away like taking it from a baby but DC had other plans. Two Pestigors went around the offensive line to put pressure on Urijah. Urijah panicked and spiked the ball in front of him. It worked out for the best as it bounced off the turf and flew out of bounds where again the fans were looking over their favorite Chaos team. They threw the ball towards midfield and the Pestigors were hard pressed to grab it. A battle over the ball happened for a few turns but Urijah, yes Urijah of all people, came away with it. He was thrown out of bounds with the ball by a Pestigor that frenzied into him.
Knowing that the crowd had twice already showed which side they favored, it was questionable as to why Coach Maysrill let the crowd decide where they want to throw the ball. Of course they would throw it towards DC and their favorite Beastman, Kullz. Kullz was at the right place at the right time and he dodged away, grabbed the ball and high stepped into the end zone to steal a bloody victory away from the Nurgle team.
Killface and Raze were given Hero's funerals after the game but they will be back.
