“The first half of this game we kept killing his guys, and he kept regenerating them (seriously, tombstone by turn 5, with none in the killed box). We also managed to take out a mummy with a move-inhibiting injury. At the end of the first half, there were 5 people off the field, with only 1 in KO and 1 in SI.

Coming into the second half it was 11 on 9. The ref bans the DP on a KO foul, to which we respond by permanently killing one of his skeletons. He scores in 4 turns, leaving us 5 to tie it up. The fans are happy about the blood (of skeletons?) we have provided, and throw rocks at the undead, stunning 4 of their players. We use this time to run up the field, and injure one of their wights along the way.
