Rotripper was like most ghouls: A degenerate abomination of humanoid appearance who scours the graves for corpses to feast on. His appearance is like that of other ghouls, a rotting and hideous cadaver. However since his induction into the Nightmares, Rotripper has garnered a more positive level of attention. Being one of the most vital players on the team, that of the ball carrier, Rotripper has become something of a local celebrity back in his home graveyard in Sylvania. However like all ghouls, Rotripper is not made of the sternest stuff, and it is yet to be seen if he can become a long term member of the team or to follow his comrades into the grave.

Rotripper still retained his rather bestial demeanour, but he had somewhat grown a personality in his attempts to get his ever eager hands on the ball. Unfortunately this managed to be his undoing. During the Nightmare's most devastating matches to date, the Undead team was promptly torn apart by a Lizardman team, who left Rotripper surrounded. Three Saurus surrounded Rotripper and despite his whines and cries, was mercilessly torn apart. It just goes to show that no one, no matter how promising or seemingly talented is spared in the BB Open leagues.
