The Outlaws received and drove forwards, pushing into the Norse. Unfortunately, the Coach forgot his lessons; he pushed those Orcs too far forward, separating the ball carrier from his guardians. For two turns it was touch and go, until Frank, the Norse Blitzer, made off with the ball, taking it to 1-0 at half time.

Having lost Bolgrot, the Orcs suffered further when several greenskins left the pitch; their only glimmer of hope lay with the inability of Sven to pick up the ball. The Outlaws flooded the Norse half, piling on the pressure. Although Norsense recovered well, moving the ball towards the end zone, the carrier fell over at a crucial juncture allowing the Orcs to recover and score a turnover touchdown.
