“First half

Meeting a team from outside of Naggaroth, the Chain Breakers decided to let them kick first and see what the foreigners got. Struggling to pick up the ball (probably due to sweaty hands in the sweltering heat), the renegades from Naggaroth were able to get deep into the opponents' half and to threaten the ball, holding the advance up long enough to prevent a touchdown.

Second half

However, the guests had been hitting hard and the heat took its toll, so the second half saw five marauders, ogre, minotaur and goblin facing a full human team on defense. Suffering from the uncommon temperature made the Chain Breakers weary and somehow their opponents were able to blitz deep into their half of the field. All marauders locked up at the LOS, Chain Breaker and Gkuxr tried to secure the deeply kicked ball wile Hukon got in the way of the attackers. With the humans on their heels, the goblin tried to hand over the ball to the minotaur, but Hukon must have had slippery hands as well. More brave fighting and good efforts by the trio slowed things down a bit, but in turn 5 the Bretonnians inevitably scored.
Three turns for an equalizer didn't seem bad, but things got a bit out of control when Chain Breaker himself caught the kick on the LOS and started to storm into the opposing half, eager to score his first touchdown and thereby tie the game. He had some support, but a crucial failure by Hukon made scoring almost impossible. Chain Breaker was brought down and the Bretonnian catcher caught the ball right out of the air, only to be successfully tackled by Scareface when he tried to escape for a second touchdown. A blitz by Chain Breaker opened up a hole in the defenders' lines, Likhut stole the ball and threw it to Gkuxr, who was just in reach of the endzone... but being surrounded by three opponents, he simply was not able to catch the pass. Game over!
