The orcs receive and immediately remove 3 U-dog players from the pitch before even collecting the ball. By the end of their third turn the orcs had reduced the U-dogs to just 5 players, with Gerald getting badly hurt on the following turn. There is a brief moment of surprise when the orcs’ showboating routine almost back fires as a missed pass land favourably for Odd-een who makes a dash for the NoNR endzone but the orc team recovers the ball in a typically savage manner and the U-dogs are reduced to 3 rats on the field of play. With time running down the RoRN ball carrier decides to pass down field to the member of his team nearest the U-dog endzore, which happens to be Black Orc ‘Grimm the Skullgrinder’. To everyone’s amazement, including Grimm’s, he catches the ball. With the orcs surrounding the two surviving U-dog players Fr’bloo decides to attempt a desperate dodge for freedom, only to have his tail grabbed by one of his attackers, bringing the mangy rodent heavily and awkwardly to the ground killing him instantly, an ignominious end to a short and sorry life. As half time arrives the score is 1-0 to RoNR with one U-dog dead and four in the badly hurt dug out.
The second half is pretty routine for the orcs as they press their numerical advantage to shred the U-dog attack and once mor it falls to a Black Orc to make the dash for the line. However, some heroic last gasp defending by Odeen-natses and D’enthee delay the TD until the MA7 AG4 elf in orc clothing blitzer ‘Trook the Trolldrinker’ arrives to carry the ball over the line. The final score is 2-0 to RoNR, it was clearly an easy win for the orcs and with one veteran skaven dead and linerat D’enthee picking up a second niggling injury that places his continued membership in the team in serious doubt, this match is a marks low point for the U-dog team.
