“One word to describe this game:
OUCH!!!
Turn one of the match, I BH one of his guys, then my rat ogre blitzes a human blitzer. Skulls, fall down, RIP, apo fails. The first turn of the humans, they BH my claw storm vermin.
Then things got ugly.
We went a couple turns without any further injuries, but then he started to lay the hammer down, hard. For the rest of the match, it was a rare turn to not suffer another injury, and I never went two turns in a row without an injury. It was completely unreal. My gutters were unstoppable in stealing the ball away and scoring (two new gutter skills), but he was unstoppable in destroying my team around me. Every single kickoff I had fewer and fewer players to field. I started the game with a 14-9 player advantage, made 14-8 after I BH'd a guy in turn 1. But by the second half, we were down to even numbers, and I couldn't stop him from scoring. Luckily I managed my 4th td, having lost yet another player, and I stepped out of his way with my 7 rats. By the time the last kickoff came around, I had 4 on their feet, 3 gutters and my thrower.
Nary a foul was committed, none were needed. He couldn't handle the ball well, hence his low luck factor, but he constantly broke armor. If it wasn't a cas, it was a ko or a stun. Very, very rarely did he simply knock me over. What can a coach do against this except shake his head? But this was supposed to be a "recovery match" for him. Who's gonna help ME to recover now?”
