One of identical twin brothers who moved to town when their military father got stationed nearby, they didn't know the language very well and felt isolated as a result. Although he picked up on the local slang fairly fluently, this rat has a lifetime of reporting results of his brother's practical jokes and now finds it hard to break the habit. Hence, he's not invited to too many parties and sleepovers. But for the new bloodball team the kids were forming, he probably never would've been accepted as an equal. (FTL's already getting tired of hearing about the other rats snapping his tail with a rolled up towel in the shower, though...)
