“Things were going great up to the last turn of the first half, where he pounded me down for 3 niggles in three consecutive hits. (Ok, the third one was on a foul, but it was the real killer, on my star SV, giving him double-niggles and a forced retirement.) After that, it was all I could do to stop him from scoring, which I was able to do with only 5 players to his 11 until the last turn of the second half.
I'll miss my SV for his pounding potential, but at least my corps of gr's is still intact, and that's what counts. But hopefully I'll face a little gentler opponent next game...”

Well when they went down they went down hard! I think ftl train the players a little hard as they were throwing themselves off anything that could hurt them just so they could retire.
Special mention goes to the gutter runners who not only did their usual pain " we're gonna dodge through as many tackle zones as we please , thank you!" but also did stirling work as replacement blitzers when the fur started flying ( if u pardon the pun )
All things considered a fun game with a great sport ( How he was nt swearing after the end of half one I'll never know!!!)
