What a game!
The Dorfs really came out strong and put the Teachers in all kinds of trouble. The teachers struggled while holding the ball throughout the first half. It looked quite bad and they could only produce a 56% chance at a TD turn 8 which failed.
In the second half the Dorfs removed all but a few elves. And on turn 15 John the Baptist had to make a stab-blitz on the carrier that may just be the most crazy gamechanger ever. After four dodges through several tacklezones with tackle he stabbed the carrying Bull to the ground. On the following turn a Hobgoblin failed the pick up in the rain and the game went to Overtime. There was a 1,5% chance of stopping that drive at that point and it happened.
Starting overtime the teachers again got lucky! Getting 5 out of 7 back from the KO-box and winning the toss, helped them set out for a decent turn 2 TD.
Throweck played a perfect game... and deserved to win this one in all honesty.
