“Yet again we fail to reach the 3 TD mark. And having said that, i immediately feel stupid, because in no way did we deserve a 3-0 win. If there had been 1 more turn each, it would have been 3-0, but only due to the sort of misfortune you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy............except............this is Bloodbowl, and EVERYONE is your worst enemy!

After shutting ourselves into a corner at the start of the first half, we had to fight our way out. Some great play by Bombur and Balin through the Orc line eventually led to the first score, although Bombur crossed the line with half the opposition hot on his heels.

Second half, and a blizzard whipped up. With this hampering the Orc's movement , their charge down the left flank was halted abruptly by a failed GFI. Bombur, Balin and Fundin secured the "crash site" and the Longbeards regrouped for the march upfield. Balin and Bombur again linked well to score in the 6th, with Balin carrying it over.
At the restart, anything that could go wrong did for Orksaintforbreakfeastanymore, and the 2 Runners again secured the ball. Bombur got to within 5, with no Orcs within 6, but the full time whistle blew.
Lucky for the first score, lucky for the second, almost lucky for the third.... Babyfleshgolem was great through-out, even when the luck piled up against him.

Main thing was to get back to winning ways after a disappointing loss to the Svb Admirals.
