Telchar was unmatched in the annals of Dig Dug. He was the captain of the team up until his third niggle forced him to retire. The remarkable thing was that in the previous 24 matches, with one and then two niggles, Telchar never missed a game. Although we very much wanted him to carry on for the all time casualty record for Longbeards, 3 niggles were just too much.
When he retired he was oldest Dwarf in FUMBBL history.
He has inflicted more casualties than any other Dig Dug player.
