So the Apothecary saved Galrung, the -AG isn't really a downside, but it does mean only one slayer next game, and with Nain getting a niggle on after his fiftieth game things could get quite tight around here.

A 4th win on the trot for Dig Dug. After an uninspired run about ten games ago, things seem to be coming together nicely on the results front. Telchar STILL hasn't missed a game and, with only 1 more to go until he becomes the oldest active dwarf in FUMBBL, I'm hoping he can hold out a little longer. He'll probably die on us next game....

Gimli's speed continues to outwit people and, if it were not for a certain speedy Slayer on the HairyBeers team, he might well have taken his tally to 10 TD in 5 games. As it stands, he'll have to make do with 9 from 5! After a torrid first 5 turns we somehow managed to break free, with Gimli easily outrunning the opposition defenders.
It was a few unlucky rolls that handed us our 2nd score. A failed GFI for an attempted pass left the ball unattended, and Mîm gathered up the ball and handed off to Nain. A turn later and he went over. 2-0 with 2 turns left; game over. HairyBeers managed a consolation TD, not through skill so much, as by intimidation; After the first two injuries we were unwilling to risk any more casualties and only put up the lightest of resistances against the Runner TropNourri.

Poor winnings, so we're gonna have to keep all those nigglers for the time being and risk playing with only 9 Dwarves. Anyone fancy a walkover in our next match?
