First drive we knocked some players out, and moved the ball safely enough, made easier when a bad roll lost Evangelists a turn.
Before the score he blitzed my carrier on weaker and managed to get the ball on the ground. On my turn I got silly after a rerolled doubleskull and did a 1d-block, that I thought was 2d (it came up skull then obviously). Luckily the beastman fumbled his pass, and we could fight some more for the ball. One of my mummies caught a bounce. I pushed around some and the mummy ran 2 gfi to make a 3+ handoff to score. Nope.
Halftime. 1 dead beastman and 1 throw-ra.
Chaos started good, took out 2 players, but then so did I in my first turn after his. A daring play to beastman up front was made. He met with a mummy, but I failed the 4+ rerolled pick-up with Ag 2 mummy.
Then his big hand picked it up and ran. He gfi and my chasing mummy gfi, knocked him down, but no injury. All he had to roll now was 2+2+2+ to score. Failed of course. I knocked him down again and picked the ball up with St 4 skeleton. Still uninjured he made the 3+5+2+ for dodge and blitz and score. (the block was rererolled).
My offense got a little tangled. In the very end my blitz-ra ran one end and got the pass, but failed catch. (this was after some 1s by chaos after I dropped the ball earlier). I had to make 2 2d-blocks and take 4 gfi and a 3+ pick up to score (pushbacks needed on blocks). Rolled 2 1s on the first gfi.

“No, I'm not very happy. Apothecary failed last game on a good Chaos Warrior (now retired) and then my beastman with Block/Foul Appearance/Tackle is thrown in the crowd and killed. Awesome.
And later another beastman dies on a block, and I choose not to use apothecary, because another mummy is standing next to my +AG/Big Hand (-AV) beastman. As it turns out I should have used the apo, but it wasn't worth the risk at the time.
It's true though that the Khemri had a chance to score, due to several 1's rolled at critical times in the game for me. I likely could have had 2-3 TD's if not for rolling bloody 1's. But whatever.
It's hard not to be bitter, as soon as I get a player some good solid skills they die or get niggled. I just don't know what to do anymore. Very frustrating. And yeah.. my Block/Mighty Blow beastman got a new skill after the game, aged (niggle) and retired. Sweet.
Thanks for the game Spelledaren. Sure was benificial (this is the last time I'm playing Khemri for a looong time). ”

Somehow I don't think Aequitas is happy anyway.
Well played.”
