“While I felt that the darkies would put up a good fight... I was pretty sure my ladies were the superior team. Then nuffle went to work on us. Our star blitzer niggles out. We lose another str4 blitzer early on who takes her time coming back... with 5 tacklers on my team I can't even knock the elves down. EVERYTHING went wrong. Then the game freezes... we reload... he misses a dodge... but my screen isn't in sync so I make a move that ends up being a crazy 5+ dodge... and fall. Then we reload again... he doesn't miss the dodge.. and scores easy. By now I am so frustrated and just tired of the game... that I throw in the towel and spend the next 10 turns going through the motions. Only bright spot is that nobody got permanently injurred... yippy.”

“What should have been a matchup for the ages ended up being a bit anti-climactic. Although the client froze in the first half and we had to reload, the luck meter is pretty indicative of how the game went for Kenty. He got a quick snap to start the game, and managed to get 6 hits in his first turn...all but one were either pushes or both down. My first hit was a SI on a linegirl. It was like that for the rest of the game.
It seems all he could roll were pushes and all I could roll were POWs. At one point I had 7 blocks in one turn and every single one included a POW! It was so unlike my luck that I had to laugh. The only consolation was that I rarely broke armor after that first hit....though the ST4, killer Blitzer I KO'ed stayed out for a long time. When he DID get a chance to score late in the game his girls couldn't catch and the scatter dice loved me.
Kenty took it like a sport, though. (mostly. hehe) I've always had a hard time with Amazons and you have one of the scariest teams I've ever seen. Sorry for such a poor string of luck, bro. Rematch sometime?
