Yes you're right, I am terrific !! :-)

...but I wouldn't say I outplayed you. It's not even my own luck that gave me the score on the blitz, since I messed up getting my ag5 leaper under the ball, but your failed dodge causing the untimely turnover.

It was actually my first OTS with this team and I'm glad it came up at such an opportune time. You did force it on me by doing it yourself and it was just great to be able to return you the favor.

As I said at the beginning of the game, I was expecting to see the Martial Artists take the field since they had a more similar rating of 239/238. We just couldn't turn down that much crowd and it payed off quite well for both teams I'd say ! ;-)

Get those rats back into shape, my door is always open for such a great opponent.

Truly incredible match, which after it was all said and done, got decided in the very first turn of the game, when with a game-opening blitz he managed to snatch away the ball and score in turn 1. This would ultimately prove to be the deciding score, as neither side was able to stop the other. Neither side dropped a pass; both sides chainpush-promoted a player to OTS status (me a mv 9 gutter; his a more impressive mv 8 catcher). My RO caused 3 cas in his very first game ever, but there were enough elves to spare to keep a full roster going. He scored on a blitz; I scored despite a perfect defense. It was just that type of a game.

In addition, this game set new personal records in crowd size, combined winnings and came close in combined score. Uber is a terrific coach who simply outplayed me (the handicaps never came into play to be useful). I eagerly look forward to a rematch...
