“The first loss for the crusaders was mainly due to a miserable first half where some poor dice in the beginning resulted in the lizzards getting hold of the ball as I recieved and eventually scored. The half ended with an insane amount of dodges by a skink, a 2d block my choice, a double pow, a stunned beastman and a last double 3+ chance of getting hold of the ball and scoring (pick up and GFI as there was Blizzard) which failed.

The start of 2nd half looked much better but the quick BH of two of my beasts (among them my only tackler) soon left my left flank too exposed and kroxy was able to outmanouver me and score.

With 4 turns left I was still optimisticly playing for a tie but a perfect defence and some bad first blocking made this into a play in order to save the last shreds of dignity which - barely - succeeded.
