Versatile and valuable. That's the two Vs that identify Manbane.
But unfortunately Omgor has to put up with rather mind-numbing incompetence
from his fellow players. It's not rare that he manages to get the ball from an almost
unreachable position only for his so called team "mates" to drop it
- either trying to make a perfectly simple catch or getting powed on a silly
little 1d block from some of those wimpy little elves. If only Omgor could
afford to switch teams - there must be someone out there needing a competent
and talented player such as himself; teams that actually want to win games.
Unfortunately for him there's this whole matter of his contract. Omgor doesn't
really know the details of it - he just knows that it involves something in the
general direction of "eternal torment and damnation", "pain beyond imagination",
"the banishment of player's soul to the boundaries of man's sanity - and that ain't
a pretty place, I tell ya", if he leaves the team, after he had a quick glance
at it yesterday.
Sometimes you really should read those small printed letters - especially
if they take up half of a 300 page contract.
