A promising young player from the remote north of Albion, Evrain was destined for great things on the Blood Bowl pitch. Unfortunately, he was also too sure of his own abilities, which led him to a dangerous disregard for the professional work ethic required of a Blood Bowl player.

In fact, prior to his teams first ever professional game against the Balingo Bowlers Wood Elf team he had one too many at the local ale house, already confident in his teams win and his own match winning performance.

Coming onto the pitch the next morning a little the worse for wear, he was caught flat footed on the very first turn of the game by the emerging star Wardancer, Ralphie. The blitz flattened the young Evrain, and his team-mates rushed over to see what had happened. Unfortunately, without an Apothecary on hand there was nothing to be done, and the team had to watch their team mate carried off in a body bag.

In a supreme stroke of irony, he earned the MVP for the game just as he had expected, although since he was already in the morgue when the award was announced this didn't do him or his team much good.
