Once a M'Kirn Nulgoon guard, Prefectus quit his job immediately after the Escapees' original jailbreak. He was disgusted at himself for working for such a weak organization, and wandered the mountains for several months trying to re-evaluate his life. Coincidentally, he ran into the Escapees again after one of their games in the Upper Reik. Instead of turning them in, he congratulated them on their escape, and bought them a round. Vrune and Thurundus were so impressed by this acknowledgement of talent that they eventually offered him a job as a blocker. And so, Prefectus became the first Chaos Dwarf to play for the Escapees.
