Bill Themsen serves a one year jail sentence for insurance fraud, but the young sleek and somewhat feminine man has found life in prison so intolerable that he applied to the Bashers out of pure desperation.

Nicknamed "Billy the Kid" because of his youth, Themsen bears the marks of a promsing catcher but also lacks the physical strength to withstand a beating.

"Billy the Kid" broke his neck in the match against Life Without Parole, a crippling injury that immediately ended his career. The young Themsen was paralyzed from the neck down and will at least not be returned to B-Block.
