When Greenskins raided Gimel's village he proved himself a hero, killing a whole unit of goblins single handed and saving the Dwarf children sheltering in the mines below.
He is well respected by his team-mates for his commitment to protect those who stand with him on the Line of Scrimmage, so much so that when Theon died Gimel was elevated to the captaincy of The Rabble.
He loves pork crackling so much he sometimes tries to grab the ball in the hope of taking it home and cooking it. He is, rarely for a Dwarf, often more interested in getting his hands on the ball than on knocking over the opponent who had been carrying it.
Gimel currently has more MVP awards than any active member of The Rabble and has the only interception ever made by a Rabble player past or present.
