Personal Godfather: Relssum
Born to a couple of wealth, Raluto's parents were a friendly pair. They earned their coin through smart investments, and busied themselves with potions and chemicals in their own private estate. So when Raluto's unusual birthmark became known to the rest of the family, it was generally blamed upon the parents for their "indecent pursuits".
The birthmark formed about his left eye, giving the impression that the child was wearing an eye patch. Of further detail, the eye had a reddish orange color to it; some would note that it almost seemed to "glow" at times.
Physically, the child grew well. Tall and strong, yet fast and nimble, Raluto would oft be found sitting on an upper branch of a tree. Mentally, he showed to have a capable mind, though he demonstrated little interest in his studies. However, Raluto had an aloof personality. Though he watched all those around him, he would barely interact; even an attempt at direct conversation would yield only a brief response. Furthermore, while by nature he wasn't cruel, neither did he possess kindness and empathy. He was eventually expelled from school after an bullying incident. The other student, the typical stupid, brutish bullying type, had started the confrontation with Raluto. After his namecalling yielded little more than a curious turn of the head from Raluto, the oaf attempted a more "physical approach". Raluto blocked the blow, and actually plucked the eye from the bully. If ever questioned as to why he did so, here merely respond with "I could".
Raluto's parents were greatly distressed by the matter. Along with the costs of placating the bully's family, they had to acknowledge that there truly was something wrong with their son. They hired an psychologist to speak with the boy, but he was never able to break through that natural, mental barrier that kept Raluto separated from others. Perhaps the parents would have attempted more, had Raluto stayed with them.
What Raluto did during that time, nobody really knows. The only accounts about that time are undoubtedly skewered by local superstitions. The only consistant information if that the boy's stare had some sort of power.
On his 18th birthday, Raluto showed at the training facilities of the Pandemonium Doctrine. What spurred Raluto to cease his wandering to play Blood Bowl is a mystery. The coach of the team might have a clue as to what happened in that regard, but he isn't saying much on the subject. In regards to why he hired the man, the coach would only say, "I liked the look in his eye".
